Project Background
Prior to working with Eolas, our client, a global player in the FMCG market used traditional methods for monthly market research resulting in delayed insights and a lack of real-time visibility for evaluation of their products and those of their competitors in key markets. The client sought to enhance this project by incorporating our QualX technology that could provide quicker data insights, streamline the assessment process, and offer a comprehensive dashboard for efficient data sharing within their teams
Client Objectives
The client aimed to elevate their project by obtaining real-time data on the presentation, cleanliness, and brand presence of their products compared to competitors. They needed a solution that would allow them to assess over 3600 products in more than 1700 outlets across 7 cities and 7 markets. Additionally the client wanted a user-friendly dashboard that could centralise data and be shared seamlessly with their teams.
Our Solution
We used our Global Network of auditors and our QualX technology, integrating an app and dashboard to streamline the assessment process.We conducted assesments in real-time, capturing data on presentation, cleanliness, price and brand presence across designated outlets.
Through our dashboard, the client had instant visibility into the assessments, including detailed product photos taken within the day of assessment. Client could also filter and review data based on various parameters such as product, market and competitor which for 3600 products was useful for drilling down into the detail.
