Having worked in the food industry for a number of years, Aiden founded Eolas International in 1997, growing the business from 1 international client initially to now partnering with 7 of the top 20 largest global CPG companies. Aiden has an MSc in Food Science & Technology, an MBA in International Business from Trinity College, Dublin and was a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010.
Aiden works across many areas of the business including service innovation and sales, but his key role is to ensure the business has a strong, client focussed, highly effective management team in place as well as an experienced and dynamic external advisory board.
